information will be cleared daily in order to secure your information.
Credit card information will not be saved on a hard drive.
Ordering and Delivery
All online orders are prepaid for
pick-up only. All delivery requests must call 562-595-6049 to place an
order. We do not take delivery orders through the web based ordering
system.
Refund Policy
Online pick-up orders are not
refundable after pick-up. If you would like to cancel your order please
call the restaurant before your scheduled pick-up. We do not refund
credit card orders. If there is any reason you don't like the food you
receive, feel free to talk to our cashier so that they can accommodate
something for you. However, credit card orders cannot be refunded.
Gimmegrub.com is a web ordering system that
provides a service for Bamboo Teri House. They
will require all customers to register under
gimmegrub.com. The information gimmegrub.com
acquires will not be shared with Bamboo Teri House
until the order is placed. Because we only allow
our customers use of the online ordering for
pick-up orders, customers using
Gimmegrub.com are only required to enter their
username, gimmegrub password, and contact phone
number. At the time of purchase, credit card
information is required but it will not be
